Google AdMob (Both Platforms)

Letter Vault is rated for ages 12+ and is suitable for puzzle game enthusiasts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, the app can be safely used by all age groups within the rating guidelines.

In-App Purchases

Letter Vault offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads ($2.99) - One-time purchase to permanently remove all advertisements (banner and interstitial ads)
• 100 Hints Pack ($2.99) - Consumable purchase that adds 100 hints to your balance

These purchases are:

• Processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Remove Ads: Non-consumable (buy once, keep forever, syncs across devices)
• Hint Packs: Consumable (can purchase multiple times)
• Restorable on your other devices using the same account
• Subject to store policies for refunds

Advertising

Ad Display

If you have NOT purchased "Remove Ads", Letter Vault displays advertisements from Google AdMob:

• Banner Ads: Displayed at the bottom of the game screen during gameplay (always visible)
• Interstitial Ads: Shown after every 3 completed puzzles
• Rewarded Ads: Optional video ads to earn 1 extra hint

Ad Removal

Once you purchase "Remove Ads":

• All advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) are permanently removed
• Ad buttons are hidden throughout the app
• This applies to all devices using your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android)

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

iOS:

1. Go to iPhone Settings
2. Select Privacy & Security
3. Select Tracking
4. Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Android:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Google → Ads
3. Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Data Security

All data stored by Letter Vault remains on your device and is protected by:

• iOS: iOS security features, device passcode/biometric lock, iOS sandboxing
• Android: Android security features, device lock screen, app sandboxing

No other apps can access Letter Vault data on your device.

Data Retention

Local Data

Your game progress is stored indefinitely on your device until you:

• Delete the app
• Manually clear app data (Settings → Storage → Clear Data)
• Reset your device

Purchase Data

Your purchases are stored:

• Locally on your device
• In Apple App Store or Google Play Store records (for restore purposes)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your data: Uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Opt out of ads: Purchase "Remove Ads" to remove all advertising
• Limit ad tracking: Use platform privacy settings (see above)
• Restore purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" button in Settings
• Reset statistics: Use in-app settings to reset game statistics (with confirmation)
