Privacy Policy - First Pipe

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how First Pipe ("the App"), developed by Zyqion, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our pipe rotation puzzle game. The App is available on iOS with bundle identifier com.zyqion.firstpipe and supports both English and Turkish languages.

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

iCloud Key-Value Store

First Pipe uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to back up your game progress. This allows you to restore your progress if you reinstall the app or switch devices. This data is synced through your personal iCloud account and is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy. Zyqion does not have access to your iCloud data.

Personal Data

First Pipe does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No account creation is required. No personal information is ever requested or gathered.

3. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers for ad personalization
IP address (for approximate location)
Ad interaction data

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Privacy > Apple Advertising.

4. Ad Types

Banner Ads: Persistent banner displayed during gameplay
Interstitial Ads: Shown every 3 levels
Rewarded Ads: Optional ads to earn coins

There are no in-app purchases. All content is accessible through gameplay and optional rewarded ads.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Security

Your game progress is stored locally on your device and optionally backed up via iCloud Key-Value Store. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect any data processed through third-party services.

7. Offline Functionality

First Pipe can be played fully offline. An internet connection is only required for displaying advertisements and syncing progress via iCloud.
